An industry highlight once every three years: K 2016 trade fair

This year’s K trade fair did an impressive job of demonstrating its position as the world’s leading trade fair for the plastics and rubber industry: with over 230,000 trade visitors, 70% of which were international visitors from over 160 countries, it drew approximately 14,000 more visitors than the last instalment of K. On the exhibitor side, 3,285 companies were on hand to present their product and service portfolios, as well as numerous innovations.
The TER Plastics POLYMER GROUP was no exception when it came to visitor records: 40% more trade fair visitors came to learn about topics including our new, innovative grades of LFT, which are produced in-house, or modern high-temperature polyamides.
This clearly demonstrates that TER Plastics’ chosen trade fair topics of thermal management and structural integrity generated a great deal of interest among trade visitors.
At two event days, Spanish catering was laid on to celebrate our successful pan-European expansion with TER Plastics IBERICA.
The TER Plastics POLYMER GROUP is already looking forward to the next K, which will be held on 16–23 October 20.
