With our partners Envalior and Polyplastics, we offer you an extraordinarily wide range of friction-optimized PPS high-performance polymers.

In order to avoid excessive spraying at the tool division, with our brand DURAFIDE and Xytron, we offer optimised PPS types with low burr formation.

Injection moulding with low burr formation

Due to the follow-up burr processing and the subsequent cleaning to remove dust, additional costs can often arise in relation to the PPS components.

The use of DURAFIDE 1140A64 or Xytron G4024T reduces a pronounced burr formation, while increasing the flowability at the same time.
