Besides TER HELL PLASTIC GMBH (Germany), the group includes the compound subsidiary TEREZ PERFORMANCE POLYMERS Sp. z o.o. (Poland) as well as the companies TER PLASTICS Sp. z o.o. (Poland), TER HELL PLASTICS SPAIN S.L. (Spain), TER HELL PLASTIC PE-DISTRIBUTION GMBH (Germany), TER HELL IT GMBH (Germany) and TER ENGINEERING PLASTIC TRADING (SUZHOU) Co., Ltd. (China).

With the acquisition of the Cobar Group 2023 in Spain, the two companies Cobarplas Polímeros and Plasticos Güell also became new members of the TER Plastics POLYMER GROUP.
